Hisham Kandil  
Egypt's President mohammed Morsi on July 24, 2012 appointed Hisham Kandil as the new Prime Minister of Egypt in a move that surpised many observers. Kandil was minister of Irrigation and Water Resources in the interim government of Kamal El-Ganzouri.
